SYSM can handle all documents required for U.S. Customs and International Supply Chain Management. In the factory portal, the suppliers have the ability to upload documents from their desktop. SYSM also has standardized the ISF, Commercial Invoice and Packing List Documents. If you so choose, all factories can use the standard templates with your information pre-populated on the templates. This eliminates mistakes and helps the audit process. Documents are automatically uploaded to a document management dashboard for customs clearance should you decide to use it. Documents that can be uploaded include any type of document to include MBL, MBL and QC Documents. Documents can also be auto generated and sent to you via email or other formats. Alerts are generated based upon your rules when they are late or missing. They can be added to the dashboard as an alert as well as sent to an individual via email.  Alerts also remind factories on their login should they forget to upload or send documents.
