SYSM offers exception management capabilities utilizing a range of alerts. Each alert is activated based on the measurement of an anticipated activity against the actual occurrence at its scheduled time. These alerts can be configured for nearly any event, and SYSM provides standardized alerts accessible on a dashboard. Additionally, alerts can be dispatched through email. The activation of each alert is governed by a set of predefined rules, providing companies the flexibility to establish their own criteria for each alert. SYSM's standardized alerts encompass the following:
